今年まだスイスのアルプスの中で合気道をやりました。林先生とスピツバルト先生はムッレンに研修をしました。天気がとても良かったで朝アイガ山を見られて木剣の訓練をしました。火曜日はユングフラウ山日帰り旅行をしました。木剣や短刀や棒は面白い技を勉強して楽しかったです。来年の研修を楽しみます。
This year I went again for an aikidō practice in the middle of the Alps. Hayashi sensei and Spitzbart sensei gave a seminar in Mürren. The weather was great, so we did the morning bokken exercise watching the Eiger. On Tuesday, we did a day trip to Jungfraujoch. We studied interesting bokken, tantō and jō techniques, it was fun. I really look forward to next year’s seminar.
Cette année, j’ai à nouveau été faire de l’aïkidō au milieu des alpes. Hayashi-sensei et Spitzbart-sensei on donné un stage à Mürren. La météo a été magnifique et nous avons pu voir l’Eiger pendant les exercice de bokken du matin. Mardi nous avons fait une excursion sur la Jungfrau. Nous avons étudié des techniques intéressante de bokken, tantō et jō, c’était très sympa. Je me réjouis déjà pour l’édition de l’année prochaine.

Compared to last year, the weather was a bit cloudy, but the view was gorgeous nonetheless. We studied quite complex techniques, but it was very interesting. Comparé à l’année passée, le temps a été un peu plus nuageux, mais la vue était quand même magnifique. Nous avons étudié des techniques plutôt complexes, c’était très intéressant.
